- Minimum 4-5 years of design experience in a creative or advertising agency.

- Expert knowledge in the graphic production process.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle full projects with minimal supervision.
- Ability to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, 2D animation skills are a must; experience with HTML5 is a plus.
- Strong conceptual skills, a high-level sense of design, layout, and typography.
