ICEYE is building the world’s largest constellation of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellites. The satellites can take images at any time of day – even when it’s cloudy or dark – and those images will let our customers understand the world better and make more intelligent decisions. We don’t listen to people who say it can’t be done: we go and do it!To support the growth of the company, we are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to direct and manage the daily activities of the Business Development and Sales in Finland to attain departmental goals to ensure the highest possible level of Business Development and Sales. Key responsibilities include increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention as well as ensuring the efficient operation of the department.


  • Ownership and management of ICEYE’s presence and relationships in Finland
  • Generation, identification, development, management, ownership and progression of opportunities leading to commitments and contracts for SAR satellite missions, against defined targets
  • Generation, identification, development, management, ownership and progression of opportunities leading to commitments and contracts for ICEYE’s radar satellite data and data products, against defined targets
  • Ownership and delivery of inputs required to support production of bid, proposal and other material required by customers
  • Regular reporting of activities and progress, as required by the VP BDS
  • Management of territory pipeline and prospect list
  • Support for any other activities required by the VP BDS in support of ICEYE’s objectives


  • Experience across space, earth observation, SAR satellite, SAR data and SAR data products business development/sales and marketing, or similar complex field
  • Comprehensive experience working in space domain in Finland, or similar complex field
  • Proven track record securing new business opportunities in complex technology and market environment
  • Excellent English language and native Finnish
  • Independent with can-do and positive attitude with a willingness to get involved
  • Experience working at all levels within Finnish government and military
