A learning offer entitled “Apprentice assistant PMO ground observation system for the earth (m / f)” has just opened within Airbus Defense and Space at its site in Elancourt (78).

You will join the department in charge of implementing an Information System called GEODE 4D, which aims to provide the armies with a single unifying system to deliver the Geographic, Hydrographic, Oceanographic and Meteorological data they need and to their pace and develop environmental situations as well as value-added products. To implement this system, Airbus Defense & Space relies on internal and external subcontractor partners, on several sites, the interactions are therefore complex.

This apprenticeship will consist of supporting the PMO (Program Management Office) manager in program planning, risk and opportunity management, performance monitoring, control and reporting…

This apprenticeship can start in September 2020 and will last 1 or 2 year (s).

This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will contribute to the following main activities:

  • Support for monitoring / updating / keeping the schedule
  • Support for monitoring / updating / keeping actions (internal / external) with updating the FT database
  • Support for contractual deliveries
  • Support for monitoring / updating / risk management
  • Document management support
  • Visual management on the set (general information or project)
  • Relaunch of the sub-systems for the above activities
  • Support for the management of Technical Facts

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate training at a BAC + 4 or BAC + 5 level in the field of project management or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 to 2 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

  • Knowledge of project management
  • Easy to handle Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MsProject) or others
  • You are proactive and have an open mind.
  • You have a team spirit and good interpersonal skills.

Language skills :

English  : Advanced
French  :  Fluent
