 Alba Orbital is a fast growing company based in Glasgow which specialises in building and sending the smallest (Pocketqube ) satellites in the world to space. We have a proven track record in recording “Space Heritage” with our latest launch due from the USA in June 2021. With a continuous program of selling to clients and launching in space with companies like SpaceX we encourage our staff to participate in the growth of the company.

Due to the continued growth pattern a graduate is required with a background in business, sales, and / or marketing to help grow Alba Orbital’s new ‘Night Lights’ satellite imagery products to assist the Business Development Team with the day to day duties. The right person will also need to drive revenue growth from existing customers and create new revenue from incoming inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales leads, pitching products, and maintaining strong relationships with existing/new customers in the Earth observation market.

  • Present and introduce the Alba Orbital solutions to senior stakeholders.

  • Understanding the needs of different companies and learning who make decisions about purchasing/signing off to procure Alba Orbital solutions within the prospective customer’s company

  • Managing ongoing Night Lights customer relationships/communications on behalf of the company
