Apogee Engineering is actively seeking an Organizational Development Advisor supporting the AFRL Directed Energy and Space Vehicles Directorates at Kirtland AFB, NM. This is a part-time contract requirement up to 20 hours per week.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide recommendations on program material design and execution planning; Collate data and respondent feedback across the various subject competencies, and characterize into the 4 areas of the Action-Based Leadership Engagements (ABLE) Program
  • Advise and assist with AFRL stakeholder engagement to inspire a positive experience and mitigate response bias
  • Advise and assist with curriculum development; Assist with planning, marketing, and execution of at least four workshops to deal with substantive leadership issues affecting the military and civilian workforce
  • Research and create a program guide, consisting of decision-quality outline for Government circulation; resolve comments and prepare final version for executive-level boards
  • As required, parse data from DEOCS to complement ABLE topic areas and integrate into ABLE curriculum

What you’ll need:

  • Active or eligible for DOD T1 Clearance at a minimum.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in management, administration, business, finance or engineering/science, with at least 4-7 years of experience related to organizational development, leadership, or human resource management
  • Knowledge and experience with DOD and Air Force civilian staff management
