Apogee is seeking a Software Engineer level 3 in support of work at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio.

What you will be doing:
- Gives technical direction and guidance to lower level programmers
- Applies advanced knowledge in the areas of engineering, computer science, and information technology for the technical design, development, and implementation of complex programming projects
- Typical assignments are complex and require use of initiative and independent judgment
- Develops solutions unique to client needs
- Can function as Project Leader, which involves interfacing with clients
- Possesses sufficient writing skills to prepare and generate technical reports and other documentation pertinent to the position
What you will need to have:
- Possess a Top Secret (TS) clearance and eligibility to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology (IT) and a minimum of 10 years of software development experience
