ASSIGNMENT

Operations Department, Operations Support Division, Logistics Department.

JOB DEFINITION

Reporting to the Head of the Logistics Department, the apprentice is responsible for:

  • To provide a hotline;
  • Take into account international transport requests and choose the best logistics solution (time/cost/quality) for:
    • transportation of technical documentation;
    • transport of tools;
    • transport of spare or spare parts: Ariane 5, Vega and Soyuz launchers;
    • conditioning.
  • Prepare instruction messages for the freight forwarder;
  • To establish the documentary bundles necessary for the export:
    • export invoice;
    • instruction customs regimes.
  • Filing files and mail;
  • To represent the Logistics Department during simple external operations;
  • To monitor the process put in place on the optimal delivery conditions for orders issued.

REQUIRED PROFILE

1 or 2 year apprenticeship contract

  • Student preparing for a Higher Technician Certificate or a Technological University Diploma, or training at an equivalent level, in the field of international transport (high school, university or business school);
  • Good knowledge of French and English languages;
  • Good knowledge of transport regulations (land, air, sea) and safety issues specific to this activity (possibly acquired during initial Bac +1 training);
  • Theoretical knowledge of customs procedures;
  • Mastery of WORD and EXCEL;
  • Rigor, organization and autonomy;
  • Certain enthusiasm for transport.
