Job Description :

We are looking for :

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience
  • Experience in EdTech company is preferrable
  • Market Research/ Contact Discovery through Professional networking and other professional websites.
  • Focused on achieving/ exceeding daily/ weekly/ monthly targets defined for self and
    team.
  • Industry Research & Lead Generation via Phone & Email Campaigns
  • Maintaining CRM
  • Generate leads
  • Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound
    lead opportunities
  • Access and analyze prospects current process and requirement
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our products
  • Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, SEO optimization

Eligibility :

  • A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in generating leads
  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • Should able to generate leads
  • Active and quick Learner with excellent organization skills

Responsibilities :

  • Develop lead qualification and handover to sales
  • Report weekly activity and log all lead-related data
  • Pipeline reporting and tracking from lead to pursuit to closure
  • Development and execution of quarterly and yearly lead generation plan
  • Performance indicators will include:
  • Quality of leads generated
  • Progression of leads into opportunities
  • Number of deal closures and new client acquisition
  • Value of business generated
  • Overall team management, training, and performance management
