For our client we are looking for a Senior Organisational Development Expert for multiple locations.

JOB OVERVIEW

EUROCONTROL is an intergovernmental organization with 41 Members and 2 Comprehensive Agreement States. They are committed to building, together with their partners, a Single European Sky that will deliver the Air Traffic Management (ATM) performance required for the twenty-first century and beyond. With more than 1,900 highly qualified professionals spread over four European countries, deploying their expertise to address ATM challenges. Their expertise is unrivaled: covering both operational and technical elements; advising on both civil and military aspects of ATM and having experience at bringing States with different needs together for a common goal.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing expertise in Organisational Development in one of these specific domains:
    • Organisational Design;
    •  Change Management;
    •  Organization Strategy;
    •  Organisation Culture;
    •  Human Resource Planning;
  • The HR domain functions ensure compliance with Staff regulations and rules and drive the Agency’s efficiency initiatives;
  • In doing so the HR domain advises Directors and managers on corporate policies, processes, and related strategies, as well as it facilitates the corporate arbitration of scarce HR resources;
  • The Human Resources domain covers interfacing functions with Agency staff regarding the processes of recruitment, people development, job management, mobility, pensions and sickness insurance and all personal administration;
  • It also encompasses the operations of the Medical, Mediation and Welfare services;
  • HR takes the lead in Staff Administration for regulation interpretation, HR policies and the execution of the relevant processes, such as pay and pensions;
  • It is assisting the Social Dialogue process and is supporting organizational development.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master degree in Economy, Business Administration or another relevant field. A less advanced level may be accepted subject to production of solid references as proof of equivalent experience;
  • Substantial experience (minimum 5 years) as an Expert in Organisational Development;
  • Broad experience of business;
  • Experience in the following domains:
    • Organisational Design;
    •  Change Management;
    •  Organization Strategy;
    •  Organisation Culture;
    •  Human Resource Planning;
  • Theoretical knowledge and experience in Organisational Development at conceptual and strategic levels;
  • Excellent communication skills including managerial communication;
  • Good team spirit;
  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Working knowledge of French is an asset.
