Role and Responsibilities:

The Junior HR Business Partner plays the vital role of providing guidance and support on a wide range of strategic and operational HR issues. You will work closely with leaders and team members to foster a vibrant, friendly work environment that promotes strong collaboration, creativity, high performance, and continuous learning.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support employees throughout their career: onboard new hires, administer team assignments and career moves, facilitate appraisals, exit interviews.
  • Counsel employees on career development opportunities and choices.
  • Answer staff queries on HR matters.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Champion and promote HR initiatives across the teams.
  • Support on the implementation of new initiatives and new processes or tools in support of business priorities, project operations, and overall team engagement.
  • Support leaders on performance and appraisal issues.
  • Coordinates initiatives that enhance work relationships and staff and retention, e.g. team health survey, staff appreciation program, team building events, etc.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Humanities, or related disciplines.
  • First work experience in a Junior HR Business Partner role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong work ethics, able to handle confidential information sensitively and with integrity.
  • Fast learner, proactive, agility to function in a fast-changing innovative environment.
  • Adapt at working with diverse teams of different cultures and personalities.
  • Fluent in English and German, French is an asset.
