Description of the mission

About the position  :  

  • You are responsible for driving sales and accelerating the growth of your scope, while ensuring business profitability.  
  • You are the guarantor of the achievement of the budgets and you ensure the commercial development 
  • You manage business development costs and their associated budget, and ensure sales and P&L forecasting 
  • You build and maintain an external network and customer relationships at C-Level and manage complex customer issues  
  • You create opportunities and develop associated plans. You manage initiatives to create opportunities (marketing campaign, prospecting plan, etc.).
  • You ensure the commercial strategy review for the main accounts and opportunities. 
  • You will be the entry point for your priority partners 


About you  :  

  • You have at least 10 years of experience in sales management as a Sales Manager
  • You have a good knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense sector
  • You have been in charge of the commercial development of a scope of at least 15 million euros
  • You are fluent in English
