  • Conceptual design and development of customer components, demonstrators, and the associated manufacturing equipment
    Planning and execution of fiber composites manufacturing, using and, if necessary, adapting our
  • automated manufacturing technology
  • Management of customer projects and internal projects
  • Responsible for the in-house manufacturing of products, technology demonstrators and technical documentation
  • Contributing to our strategic technology development as integral part of our technical teams
  • Advancing Fiber Patch Placement design guidelines to incorporate the most current developments and support our customers in their application of our technology in an industrial environment


  • University degree or similar in mechanical engineering, lightweight engineering, aerospace engineering or related field
  • Experience in fiber composite product development and CAD design, preferably in Autodesk Inventor
  • Experience in aerospace component development and knowledge of relevant regulations are a plus
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Interest and motivation to work on new manufacturing technologies
  • Customer-oriented and creative to solving problems
  • Team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Fluent German and English language skills
