YOUR MISSION
You develop new system concepts, design modules and search for the best automation components. You work closely with our experts from PLC programming, the software team and application development – and of course directly with our well-known major customers! YOUR TASKS
- Conception, planning and implementation of systems for the production of composite components with regular customer contact
- Specification and planning of projects; perspective responsibility for technical modules
- Integration of cost-effective, modern automation components in our systems, in close cooperation with our robotics and control engineers
- Coordination and implementation of commissioning with suppliers and at the customer’s site
- Specification and procurement of components and negotiation with suppliers
- Conducting studies, technical analyzes and system optimization
- Creation and maintenance of technical drawings and parts lists
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology or similar.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the design and selection of technical components for automated production systems
- Professional handling of CAD systems, preferably Autodesk Inventor
- Experience in project work, ideally also in project management
- An advantage: experience in commissioning systems, error analysis and correction, risk analyzes, plant safety and CE certification
- Negotiable spoken and written English, very good knowledge of German is an advantage
- Self-motivated and positive personality, analytical thinking
- Well organized and independent way of working, accuracy, reliability, quality focus
- Willingness to visit customers worldwide ( e.g. Concept, installation, service, etc. )
