  • Design & develop control architecture and process automation solutions for our production systems
  • Create and investigate new machine functional designs including actuators, sensors, vision system
  • Offline/Online machine programming for serial production, along with setting up control equipment and potential machine extensions
  • Close communication with customers
  • Coordinate and execute commissioning of our systems with suppliers and on customer site
  • Solve functional problems and identify optimization potentials
  • Organize procurement and negotiate with suppliers
  • Maintain programming & documentation standards


  • University degree in mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering, mechatronics, computer science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in robotics, machine development & control systems incl. drive technology
  • Experience with aerospace standards is a plus
  • Experience in PLC & HMI programming
  • Machine vision skills are a plus
  • Knowledge in robot programming & operation
  • Electrical CAD skills
  • Experience in commissioning of automation systems, CE certification & machine safety
  • Fluent English language skills, German language skills are a plus
