Mission
Located at the heart of CNES’s activities, the buyer’s objective is to provide support to CSG’s technical structures in the negotiation and contractualisation of their purchases. Indeed, it is required in particular to carry out the following missions:
- Define and implement the purchasing procedures for which he is responsible with the structures, techniques of the CSG: needs analysis, definition of the contractual framework, etc.
- Competitive bidding, analyzing service provider offers, negotiating, proposing the choice and drawing up the contract,
- Present files to internal and external committees,
- Participate in purchasing reporting and establishing purchasing policies.
- Depending on the needs of the service, he will take charge of the budgetary management of the receipts of the ESA / CNES contract
Position background:
Autonomous in the management of his activities, the buyer works for all that in a very collaborative and collective environment (transversal activities): he interacts regularly with the technical engineers, the management controllers and the accounting departments and also works in close collaboration with the purchasing assistants, particularly in the context of purchasing strategies. Finally, these activities lead him to be in contact with the suppliers in his purchasing portfolio.
The diversity of interlocutors and the proximity to technical activities are the richness of this function!
At the same time, you will be able to follow an internal training course on purchasing/revenue activities which will allow you to be supported in your skills development for your new activities and in getting to grips with the tools used.
Profile
BAC + 5 training (support / management or technical), you are rigorous, curious, enjoy teamwork, and exchange with various interlocutors, do not hesitate and join the sub-management!
