We recruit one / one recruiting manager to join our HR management within the department Talent Acquisition. The TA team is made up of 14 people divided between Le-Plessis-Robinson, Toulouse and Aix-en-Provence.
By integrating the Talent Acquisition pole, you will participate in the challenges of our 2022 recruitment objectives and will contribute to the influence of our employer brand within a group on a human scale.
Your mission :
Attached to our Talent Acquisition Manager, you operate independently and in close collaboration with our trade referents to target, evaluate and recruit new talents. You establish the best sourcing strategy using a multichannel approach among the available sources ( ATS, LinkedIn, Cooperation, Campus management, Jobboard, etc ) depending on the profiles sought. You are in charge of the entire recruitment cycle, including closing as well as monitoring the integration of the employee.
The quality of your candidate follow-up at each stage is the key to offering a successful candidate experience and achieving your objectives !
VWe will also be responsible for strengthening and boosting our visibility among students and future young graduates of our target schools as well as developing privileged relationships with school officials.
Finally, you must accompany the managers of your perimeter in each stage of recruitment ( Systematic post office, Hebrew point, etc. ) and encourage responsiveness to the global.

The main tools are SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn, Teams, AssessFirst, CodinGame, Indiaed, GoldenBees, WttJ, Jobteaser.
Who are you ?
Bac + 5 training, you have a minimum experience of 1 year in recruitment of criminal profiles, ideally in an IT / Industrial environment. Mastering a Collaborative ATS and approach techniques are essential to the exercise of your function.
Recruiter enthusiastic, you are animated by the challenge and are keen to carry out your recruitments at the end. You are proof of ’autonomy, from proactivity and excellent communication meaning.
