Why do we need you?

As part of the development of the activity of the ISO Business Line (Engineering and Operations Support) which develops and markets a range of innovative products (Crimson, command supervision and assistance software, Inscape, application editor for 3D simulation) and is in charge of piloting a wide variety of projects in the following areas: Availability of systems, Operation and application maintenance, Systems Security, Engineering and deployment of critical solutions, Antennas expertise and support, MCO of pylons and cards electronic. In order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for our future:

Bid Manager 

As part of your mission, you will:

  • Managing responses to calls for tenders
  • Identify the risks (contractual, legal, commercial, financial)
  • Setting up and negotiating budgets
  • Drafting of documents as well as recurring follow-up and follow-up tasks
  • Support for the sales team throughout the pre-sales process
  • Management of offers, analysis of specifications, identification of feasibility and profitability criteria
  • Facilitating customer relations and identifying additional needs

You are thus the conductor of the offer and the guarantor of its quality and relevance.

You will be at the heart of the functioning of the company, in an evolving position.

PROFILE

Who are you?

At CS GROUP, it is both your expertise and your personality that will make the difference.

Training Bac +5, Engineering School or University specializing in telecommunications and / or electronics, maintenance or equivalent. You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position.

Your technical expertise revolves around: 

  • Control of public procurement
  • Contract manager
  • Good general technical background
  • Integration of computer and electronic systems
  • Experience in the following fields would be an asset:
    • Radars
    • Radio skills
    • Linux / Windows OS
    • IP networks
    • Knowledge of MCO projects

You are comfortable managing projects with high deadline constraints and are used to managing multiple tasks in parallel and coordinating different actors. You have participated in telecommunication or technical IT projects for critical systems as well as in responses to calls for tenders , technically and commercially. You have the power to conduct negotiations in English.

You appreciate teamwork and have already worked in a multidisciplinary team. You have a good capacity for analysis and synthesis. You are autonomous and rigorous in your work. You have a good ability to take initiatives. You have a technical English level.
