Position description
In order to build skills on the profiles and needs that will be entrusted to you, you will first have as main missions :
• Editing of announcements and disseminating them on appropriate channels
• The sourcing and direct approach of the candidates ( CVthèque, Linkedin, etc. )
• Telephone prequalifications
After this adaptation time, you will take charge of participating in the entire recruitment process with in addition :
• Recruitment interviews
• Formalization of the offer ( salary adjustments, oral proposals, employment contracts )
In addition to these missions, you will participate in transversal projects: integration of employees, employer brand, ATS migration, etc.
