We are recruiting a recruitment officer to join our HR Department within the Talent Acquisition department . The TA team is made up of 14 people spread between Le-Plessis-Robinson, Toulouse and Aix-en-Provence.
By joining the Talent Acquisition division, you will participate in the challenges of our 2022 recruitment objectives and contribute to the influence of our employer brand within a group on a human scale.
Your mission :
Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager, you operate independently and in close collaboration with our business referents to target, assess and recruit new talent. You establish the best sourcing strategy using a multi-channel approach from available sources (ATS, LinkedIn, Cooptation, Campus management, Jobboard, etc.) depending on the profiles sought. You are in charge of the entire recruitment cycle, including closing, as well as monitoring the integration of the employee.
The quality of your candidate follow-up at each stage is the key to offering a successful candidate experience and achieving your objectives!
You will also be responsible for strengthening and boosting our visibility with students and future young graduates from our target schools as well as developing privileged relationships with school managers.
Finally, you must support the managers in your scope in each stage of recruitment (systematic job brief, weekly update, etc.) and encourage responsiveness overall.

The main tools are SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn, Teams, AssessFirst, CodinGame, Indeed, GoldenBees, WttJ, Jobteaser.
Who are you ?
With a Bac+5 training, you have a minimum of 1 year ‘s experience in recruiting shortage profiles, ideally in an IT/Industrial environment. The mastery of a collaborative ATS and approach techniques are essential to the exercise of your function.
Enthusiastic recruiter , you are driven by the challenge and are keen to carry out your recruitments to the end. You demonstrate autonomy , proactivity and excellent communication skills .
