Your mission:

  • Work in the area of ​​sensors in the autoclave
  • Ultrasound, optical and dielectric sensors
  • Carrying out tests with newly developed piezo sensors for the ultrasonic measurement of small signals at high process temperatures
  • Extension of the existing ultrasound research platform, connection to full-scale tools from industry and transfer of the technology into the research autoclave BALU
  • Execution of test and validation measurements as well as the preparation of test reports
  • Further development and construction of measuring technology and measuring equipment
  • Further development of ultrasonic sensors for industrial use in CFRP production

Your qualification:

  • Ongoing studies in the field of mechanical engineering, automation technology, electronics or mechatronics
  • Knowledge of fiber composite plastics and electrical engineering desirable
  • Interest in practical work (building / converting test benches, carrying out tests)
    high motivation and interest in independent work
  • Traveling
