We’re looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer and If you got that quality mindset that can skyrocket you to your space career, this opportunity is just for you:
Role
- Define criteria for incoming inspection
- Maintain supplier’s quality relationship
- Build knowledge base of issues as well as problem evaluation process
- Raise supplier issues (including 8D)
- Build data base with suppliers and claims
- Main quality point of contact for outsourced products
- System for inspection and tracking issues
- Preparation of regular reports/analysis on scrap rate, level of defects and customer claims
- Participation in the implementation phase of new products
Essential Requirements
- Engineering Degree – bachelor or master’s degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering or other similar
- Excellent command of English language
- Knowledge of TQM and Quality Tools (SPC,FMEA,PPAP,PDCA/RCA) is a plus
- Knowledge on quality systems – ISO 9001
- Relevant professional experience in a production environment is an advantage
- Experience with IPC-A-600 and IPC-A-610
- Requirements considered an advantage
- Previous hands-on experience in a production environment
- Experience with ERP software
