 Job Description

About the role

The EOS Group Security Manager will be responsible for providing support and giving effect to the EOS Group Security Strategy.

Reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Services, you will be leading the security function which includes the physical security and safety of employees, facilities and assets within Australia. Your primary duties will include:

  • Administer EOS DISP requirements and ensure ongoing compliance for Governance, Personnel Security, Physical Security and Information/Cyber Security.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on security risks and threats to EOS across EOS facilities.
  • Implement and administer security related policies, processes and registers.
  • Conduct security related risk assessment, planning and gives effect to initiatives.
  • Conduct overseas travel briefings.
  • Conduct security risk assessments and implement control/best practice measures.
  • Undertake security investigations and responds to security incidents in accordance with EOS security policies.
  • Develop, implement and deliver security awareness and training.
  • Facilitate security incident management.

About You

To be successful in the role you will be practiced at promoting a positive security culture and ideally be able to demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Commonwealth security clearance holder essential.
  • Defence Industry Security Program experience essential
