Our airship, the LCA60T, will carry and transport heavy loads from point to point, loading them on hover flight. The application field for our solution covers a wide range, starting with the logging industry. Our airship, equipped with state-of-the-art engineering and advanced technologies, will propose disruptive and game-changing solutions to overcome logistics problems in land-locked areas. Within Group Finance Department, you will report directly to the CFO and will be taking over the following responsibilities:
Ø Coordination of monthly & annual accounts closings,
Ø Coordination with Program team to ensure an accurate follow up of R&D costs and assess the scope/amount to activate as R&D Capex In line with applicable accounting standards,
Ø Review and optimization of R&D tax credit submission. Responsible of preparation of the R&D tax credit file with coordination of Inputs from various departments (Program, Technical Direction, Procurement, HR…).
Ø Coordination of Group subsidiaries and supervision of the consolidation of the Group accounting. You will be in particular in charge of preparing the transition to IFRS by Identifying the main GAAP differences (French vs IFRS) and implementing them,
Ø Coordinate the relationships with statutory auditors and financial/tax advisors.
Ø Cash projections and monitoring,
Ø Assistance to the CFO for public and private financing requests and other fundraisings/IPO. You will be in particular in charge of Public Financings follow up:
o Preparation of public financing dossiers and their submission with coordination of Inputs from company departments (program, procurement, technical department…),
o Follow up of public financing granted dossiers: collection of cost spent proofs, Invoicing, cash collection,
o Closely follow up of public financing schemes In France and Europe to ensure diversification of company financing sources.
Ø Monitor strong Internal control framework within the department. Close collaboration with the Quality department and other departments in the company in evaluating and improving the internal control system.
Ø Develop in coordination with company manufacturing department ERP needs for a deployment expected in 2022/2023.
Ø Support to Program, Manufacturing and Operations as a business partner
Ø Set up and monitor financial Indicators/KPIs and associated reporting,
Ø Optimize finance/reporting tools and Improve quality of deliverables.
Education & Skills
Ø Advanced education degree in accounting and finance or equivalent Master Degree.
Ø Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial or aeronautical sectors within accounting and finance functions. A previous experience In a Big4 firm would be a plus.
Ø Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial modelling.
Ø Experience with listed companies.
Ø Experience in ERP systems Implementation.
Ø Strong abilities in Excel and PowerPoint (including dashboard developments),
Ø High reporting skills including visual communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English,
Ø Strong organizational and analytical skills. A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
Ø Ability to stick to time constraints and work under pressure.

Ø Good interpersonal skills and capacity to work in a fast-changing environment with ability to collaborate with different departments.
