Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
The candidate will be involved in challenging projects with real business impact, main responsibilities will be focused on:
Support to answer technical inquiries from airlines, customer and CFM overhaul shops
Support activities related to field investigations of root cause identification and field problem resolution
Support to create changes of engine manuals and write Service Bulletins
General support to the LEAP Product Support Engineering team
Requirements and Qualifications:
Enrollment in a Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial or Aeronautics
Fluent in English communication and written skills
Demonstrated skills to work towards objective and working with multiple teams
Analytical ability
Ability to adapt to multiple teams
Proactiveness
High energy and passion to learn and grow
