You will be part of the on-site training team at the European Astronaut Centre in Cologne, where you will be training astronauts and ground teams as well as support in on-orbit operations preparation and execution.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and implement class room lessons for Columbus Systems and Payloads
  • Develop and implement hands on training lessons for Columbus Systems and Payloads
  • Support developing and then executing simulations for ISS operations certifications
  • Support developing and executing operations for ISS experiments

  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent command of English language: both verbal and writing
  • Experience in training development and implementation
  • Ability to translate engineering documentation into classroom and hands-on lessons
  • Experience with ISS or Columbus operations will be a plus
