Sales Representative
Company Details
Roles and Responsibilities :
– Deliver the team performance contract and individual performance plan to meet or exceed sales target
– Prepare and implement account development and territory business plans
– Prospect & qualify new sales leads and maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
– Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
– Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the assigned products, trend, and competitors
– Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
– Update and maintain sales tracking systems to maximize effectiveness on territory
– Other duties as and when assigned
Qualification :
– Degree in Engineer, Marketing, Economics, or related field
– 2-4 years of sales experience
– Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
– Excellent interpersonal skills and highly self-motivated
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Good command of English and computer literacy
– Based in up-country
