Job Description

The Program Administrator is responsible for setting up projects, budgeting programs, and customer program information in the HBR ERP management information system. In addition, to performing other administrative tasks to support the business.

Responsibilities

  • Importing and Maintaining documentation and information in the ERP management system
  • Assist both the Contract and Program Management teams with administrative tasks during the contract performance.
  • Enter and maintain Program Budgets and Funding Limits as required.
  • Generate and track Advanced Work Authorizations for new Programs.
  • Maintain and Communicate Program Schedules for active programs assigned.
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as required (e.g. Front Desk Duties)

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of related Contracts or Program Administration experience preferably in government or international commercial contracts.
  • Strong written and verbal skills suitable for interaction with customers and various levels of management.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Capable of dealing with multiple internal and external (domestic/international) customers
  • Experience with IFS, SAP, Oracle or other type of ERP/MRP software
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite software a must.
  • Bachelor’s in business related field or technical degree (e.g. paralegal studies) are preferred.

HBR is an ITAR registered company. This position requires the candidate to be a US Person.  Some programs may require US Citizenship.
