Your role

  • Maintain physical and digital personnel records
  • Complete, check and process HR related forms and handles documents in accordance with established guidelines
  • Prepare HR documents
  • Update internal HR databases, organizational charts, records and documents, compile information data and respond to routine requests
  • Offer admin related support regarding health & safety activities and records

Your profile

  • Own a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Business Management or similar
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in an internal HR admin position
  • Have strong computer skills – Microsoft Office Word, Excel
  • Be fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Have very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be a great team spirit, organized and attentive to details
