First of all, with IT procurement in mind, you will be responsible for the procurement work related to information systems in cooperation with our information system department. After that, there is a possibility that you will expand your field of activity to other procurement operations related to our business.
- Planning and preparation of procurement strategy, creation of bidder list, creation of contract document
- Negotiation of price with vendor, contract condition negotiation
- Forming of agreement with internal related departments for supplier / condition, etc. ・
- Preparation of order approval document Acceptance , payment related
- Negotiations with contractors due to business / contract changes, creation of approval documents
/ business processes, regulations, continuous improvement of standard contract templates
/ unit price data, data organization such as vendor evaluation, update, execution of benchmarking
Mandatory entry requirements
- IT for the three years of work experience , IT related to ordering side, in any order side, the estimated experience in the IT building project of more than 50 million yen, the review of the agreement
Desirable experience and qualifications, etc.
Contract negotiations for IT projects of 50 million yen or more on either the ordering side or the ordering side
- PM experience in IT projects
- Information processing engineer qualifications, PMP, etc. will be considered if you have
- Procurement and contracts in domestic and overseas business Work experience
/ knowledge of purchasing system (SAP MM, etc.), contract management system, document control system, usage experience
Level of experience in business communication in English and review / creation of materials such as contracts in English.
