Under the direction of the EMEA TS Manager, the Service & Project Coordinator communicates with our clients’, accurately assesses their needs and dispatches our field engineers (or service partners) with all the parts needed to perform the job. The job could be either a standard service or part of a project.

Responsibilities

The Fleet Coordinator main responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of project/services
  • Work within technical support team to coordinate field and service attendances/calls and manage resources to ensure successful completion of intervention
  • Involve all relevant project/service stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation (including spare parts needed)
  • To liaise with key stakeholders to provide focused prioritization of field support interventions.
  • Track project/service progress and use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in scope or schedule
  • Measure project/service performance using appropriate systems and tools
  • Report and escalate to EMEA TS Manager as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customer and third parties
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications

  • High English level (other languages will be an asset)
  • Excellent written and verbal skills. An ability to adjust communication approach to regional and global cultures is essential to maximize relationships and cooperation
  • Problem solving
  • Customer orientated
  • Strong understanding ERP/CRM tools (SalesForce would be an asset)
  • Strong Organizational & documentation skills.
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and maintain focus on a significant number of activities simultaneously.
  • Great team player and positive attitude.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Docs. Generally, Technology savvy.
