Reporting to the Head of Department, you will:

  • Lead the programmatic/technical customer interchanges:
    • Manage contractual deliverables from contract signing through to successful payload delivery on orbit
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, including reporting, leading reviews, scope negotiation, and operations planning
  • Create the contractual Interface Control Documentation (ICD) and generate requirements for payload-to-launch vehicle interfaces
  • Lead, perform, and drive requirements verification and validation activities
  • Work across engineering teams on mission design, schedule, and requirements:
    • Oversee hands-on payload activities
    • Develop operations plans and products for successful mission operations
  • Proactively strive to create a smooth and streamlined mission integration process
  • Be a mentorship to Mission Design Engineers



  • Degree in engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a related field such as systems engineering / mission analysis
  • At least 2 years prior experience in Mission Management, Mission Integration, or Technical
  • Program/Project Management
  • The candidate ideally has:
    • Expertise in environment (coupled analyses between Spacecraft and Launch Vehicle)
    • Background in Launch Campaigns and Operations
  • Passionate about new space, curious and eager to learn
  • Driven to deliver and constantly push the boundaries
  • Take ownership and accountability for your own actions and mistakes
  • Humble and willing to go out of your way to help others
  • Can-do attitude and outstanding communication skills
  • Fluent English
