RINA is currently recruiting for a Mechanical designer and numerical analyst to join its office in Rome within the Materials, Technology & Innovation Division.

Skills
- MSc Degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
- Previous experience (1+ years) in the field of application of FEM and mechanical design
- Deep knowledge of ANSYS Mechanical (APDL and Workbench)
- Capability to grow in independency and proficiency in technical activities of FEM, pre-processing and post processing in the short-medium period
- Knowledge of CAD tools (e.g. SOLIDWORKS, CREO, SpaceClaim) and pre-processing tools (e.g. ANSA, ANSYS Meshing)
- Nice to have knowledge and experience in MSC MARC
- Nice to have knowledge and experience in explicit codes
- Nice to have knowledge and experience in algorithms implementation through Python programming language, Matlab
- Nice to have experience in innovation and product development
- MS Office knowledge
- Problem solving
- Good level of English, both spoken and written
- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Italian and English as a minimum
- Flexibility and the ability to also multi-task in fast-paced working conditions

Education
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
