We’re on the hunt for a Product Assurance Student on our Product Assurance Department at our Brampton office. The successful candidate would be treated similar to a new graduate joining our company, where tasks will be assigned relative to the level of schooling and experience achieved to date. This is a 12-16 month student opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Mapping and analyzing business processes for improvements
  • Programming metrics dashboards for Manufacturing, QA, and Procurement
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting program engineering work and other PA staff as required
  • Working closely with Engineering, Operations, Program Management, and other stakeholders on effectively collecting data and information to support CARs and provide report for closure
  • Collect data and process them to create reports for management and senior leadership on different aspects of business
  • Interface with many different disciplines, including all levels of management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Systems Design, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering and be in their 2nd year or higher
  • Students must be enrolled in their university’s formal Co-Op program
  • A strong ability to work independently on a variety of tasks as well as a member of a team is required
  • Excellent verbal, written communications and presentation skills are essential to this position

Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR.
