Job Description

Pre-Sales

  • Assist Pre-Sales activity fulfilling RFP, NCR, Proposal Estimation
  • Assist Pre-Sales Demo

Implementation

  • Support Implementation team as PMO during full cycle of Software Implementation Life Cycle (SILC)
    • Kick Off
    • Requirement
    • Config & Data Migration
    • Internal Testing
    • Training
    • UAT
    • Go Live & Closing
  • Support Post-Implementation team as PMO after closing to ensure nursing and parallel period is completed as project expectation
  • Manage Project Documentation and improve to ensure quality of each Project
  • Routine maintain weekly project report

Requirements

  • Graduated from reputable university with minimum 5 years experience in HRIS Implementation
  • Minimum 3 years experiences as Project Manager
  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong capabilities in Project Management tools (Microsoft Project, Project Libre)
  • Has deep understanding regarding Indonesia best practice in HR Administrative modules (Payroll, Attendance, Medical, Loan, etc.)
  • Has broad understanding regarding Indonesia best practice in HR Strategic modules (Recruitment, Training, Performance, Competencies)
  • Has analytical skill to understand customer data, requirement, financial condition of Project
  • Fluent English in both Written and Spoken
  • Japanese speaking is A PLUS
