Logistics Specialist – Reverse Logistics

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Logistics Specialist – Reverse Logistics to join our team in the UK office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping to manage the reverse logistics process, including product returns, exchanges, spare parts, warranties, and tracking the RMA process. The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of logistics and be eager to learn and grow in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with managing the logistics process, including product returns, exchanges, spare parts, and warranties, and tracking the RMA process
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of returns, exchanges, spare parts, warranties, and RMAs
Help to maintain reverse logistics policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Support the monitoring and reporting of key performance metrics related to reverse logistics, including RMA turnaround time, cost per return, and customer satisfaction
Assist with developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as repair and disposal centres
Participate in identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in the reverse logistics process
Help to ensure proper documentation and tracking of all reverse logistics transactions, including spare parts, warranties, and RMAs
Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of reverse logistics operations and the RMA process
Requirements:
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications
Experience with tracking the RMA process a plus
