As part of a small and dynamic team, PLD Space seeks to incorporate a person who occupies the position of Receptionist, providing cross-cutting support to all the needs that may arise.

Responsibilities

  • Attention and management of visits and door
  • Telephone support
  • Correspondence collection
  • Management of agendas for interviews
  • Purchase management
  • Online store management
  • Control of office material and consumables
  • Office order
  • Archive and documentation
  • Management of special events
  • Administrative support: organization of jobs, introduction of applications in the system, organization of meeting rooms, translations of documents …
  • Card and locker management for new hires
  • Management of rental vehicles.
  • Review and inspection of company vehicles
  • Travel management
  • Accreditation management
  • Support with other departments: Administration, Communication, HR …

Required competencies

  • Minimum training for Baccalaureate or FP
  • Minimum of two years experience in similar positions: assistant, reception or tasks with a customer service component.
  • Office package
