We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to help us provide technical and operational support to our collaborators. The main objectives are : efficiency in handling customer support (providing useful answers quickly) and ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
MAIN AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
  • Handle internal customers’ technical and operational requests
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Perform settings based on clients’ requests following production deployment
  • Troubleshoot issues faced by clients in a reasonable timeframe
  • Escalate support alerts as needed
MAIN ACTIVITIES 
  • Provide technical hardware and software support for end user
  • Support Windows/Linux/MacOS operating systems
  • Train and assist with end user training
  • Take part in customer escalation process and incident notification
  • Management, administration, deployment and monitoring of new systems
  • Perform workstation and server installation, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting
  • Manage, maintain SaaS and On-Premises solutions
  • Automate and integrate tools
  • Enforce and deploy Corporate Technology standards, policies and procedures
  • Project to build and improve existing infrastructure
  • Bring new ideas to the table to optimize team efficiency on the short and long run
INFLUENCE ON RESULTS 
Must-haves:
  • System/Application knowledge – ActiveDirectory, G-suite, Office365
  • Experience with networking – WAN, LAN, MPLS , SD WAN, TCP/IP, AV ,DNS, DHCP, Vlan, Firewall
  • Experience with linux/unix and bash scripting
  • Experience with cloud provider (AWS, Gcloud)
  • Linux server maintenance and installation
  • At least one successful experience working on a migration project
  • Full professional efficiency in both written and spoken english
Nice-to-haves:
  • API knowledge
  • MacOs and Windows OS
  • Docker, Nginx
  • Good awareness of IT best practices & User Security
