Production Test Technician – Gimbal Test is a member of the Production Team. They are responsible for assisting production to meet and maintain production targets while meeting requisite Quality standard and maintaining process control. They will test and confirm Gimbal/System operates without faults and conforms to specification prior to customer shipment as defined by EOS Test Procedures. They will ensure all tests are documented and recorded according to EOS QMS and customer requirements. They will ensure timely update of any detected faults in EOS information systems and attention to Supervisor.
They will be required to be familiar with ARAS (PLM – Engineering database) for all technical documents and MES – EPICOR (ERP SYSTEM) for all Production related activities.
- Test and confirm Gimbal/System operates without faults and conforms to specification prior to customer shipment as defined by EOS Test Procedures
- Ensure all tests are documented and recorded according to EOS QMS and customer requirements as required by EOS Test Procedures.
- Ensure any detected faults are recorded and updated in EOS information systems.
- Use MES (Manufacturing Execution System) to carry out your daily Production Test activities in line with your Production Targets.
- Use ARAS (Technical Database) to reference technical documentation to complete daily Production tasks.
