The Artificial Intelligence team is an application delivery execution team within the Digital Technology (DT) central function that builds value through machine learning and artificial intelligence digital services. The team works with senior leaders to discover previously hidden insights and enables a new generation of connected intelligence and digital transformation through innovation in deep learning and artificial intelligence. The team’s innovation provides a competitive advantage, solves business problems and impacts how we run our business. 

The Artificial Intelligence team is currently searching for an AI Interactions Engineer to join our team.  This position supports the DT Center of Excellence, scaling machine learning across the enterprise through Enterprise ML tools/processes and development/support of AI applications and products, specifically through the deployment and support of enterprise AI/ML platforms.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Implementation, integration, and production support of third-party AI/ML platforms for use by citizen developers across the enterprise.
  • Provide users with guidance on use of various platforms and software tools for development of AI/ML solutions.
  • Coordinate activities to improve company AI literacy, including training, education and knowledge sharing of AI products, services, tools, stakeholders and processes across the enterprise.
  • Support the development of AI applications and products, specifically the interaction, engagement and experience portion of an AI pipeline. Solutions include vision, speech, gesture, touch, robotics, and advanced search technologies.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Technical education and experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science
  • Experience using development tools/environments such as aws, azure, jupyter notebooks, python, conda, pip, github, etc
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure (network security, cloud, database connections, etc)
  • Working knowledge of DevOps and/or MLOps
  • Ability to work in a large and matrixed corporate environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work with, and influence, all levels of management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Energetic and have an excellent work ethic
  • Desire and ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Working knowledge of ITSM processes
  • Proficient managing, querying, and reporting in ServiceNow
  • Experience with software development process such as software/systems engineering, technology requirements capture, technical design, data administration, code optimization, source control, data science and analysis.
