About the role
As a Senior Engineer with our Ground Systems Engineering Mechanical team you will be responsible for the design, build, testing and commissioning of fluid and gas systems at our Propulsion Test Complex. As a senior engineer in the team you will be a subject matter expert and technical decision maker. You will also be involved in project planning and working closely with technicians to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification. This role will also include emphasis on project management and delivery, resource planning and task allocation.
- Mechanical or process engineering degree or equivalent
- 6+ years experience in engineering design, test and/or operations in aerospace and/or industrial sectors
- CAD, SolidWorks, EPDM
- Ability to work in a fast paced, autonomously driven environment
- Demonstrated experience mentoring junior engineers
- Domestic and International travel may be required
- Experience with launch pad systems, engine test stand, or oil and gas, process, mining or other similar industry
- Experience with oxygen service
- Experience with cryogenic system design and analysis
- NX and Teamcenter
