You will work within the Purchasing Department, program purchasing department.

Your main missions will be as follows:
– Participate in quote committees (Bid/no Bid)
– Be involved from the accepted offer review
– Work in co-development with selected suppliers
– Apply the “make or buy” strategy defined by the Industrial Department
– Apply the purchasing strategy of the family concerned to decline opportunities, risks and market trends for projects
– Manage project/program purchases by controlling costs, quality and planning according to program objectives
– Be an active member of the project team, participate in IPT (Integrated Program Team) meetings and interface with family buyers and suppliers
– Contribute to the standardization of products and the search for innovative solutions
– Carry out consultations new parts and get consensus from IPT team and commodity purchasing during final selection.
– Create, complete and monitor WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) documents
– Manage WorkFlow and NRC (Non-Recurring Costs) orders
– Participate and monitor planning and FAI (First Article Inspection) validations in consultation with support functions
– Manage the dossier up to the pre-series phase
– Process change requests in agreement with the other departments concerned
– Identify and manage obsolescence
