Job Description

The multi-purpose RX COSAC level 1 digital radio controller will have the following missions:

• Carry out firings on 2 radio cabins: preparation and adjustments of the firing machines according to the procedures, carry out 1st level maintenance, carry out the firings, diagnose defects, links with the maintenance of the means / methods processes,
• Analyze the digital images on the expert station by informing the information system of the decisions taken, the defects observed,…by following the work instructions
• Sanctioning the part: compliant or non-compliant. In the event of non-compliance, examine the anomaly declaration file or fill in the request for exemption
• Receive advice or supervision from COSAC level 2 or 3 agents in this method when necessary.
• Be able to understand and apply the instructions written in the technique/method for which he is certified.
• Periodically measure the compliance of their workstation suggest improvements

Job Requirements

• Technician (Bac+2) with experience in material control (eg: radiography or digital radio control, penetrant testing). Metallurgical knowledge is a plus.
• Structured, sense of expertise and rigor
• Applicant already COSAC certified or having the potential to become so.
