Within the Airborne Visors Development Unit (UD VT) of the Optronic Systems Center of Excellence (CE SO), you will integrate the system pole.

As a System Engineer for the follow-up of products in service or on the developments of the airborne sights of the future, you will participate in particular in:

  • Specifying the system requirements from the needs expressed by the Customer
  • Proposing and defining the allocations organic requirements and functions
  • Decline system requirements to contributing engineering (ICD, allocation of requirements between software, hardware, etc.), and to suppliers
  • Contribute to design and justification files.
  • Contribute to validation and system integration documents
  • Analyze certain technical subjects (including technical innovations, customer requests not addressed during previous projects)
  • Integration / validation of the optronic system with the software and the control electronics
  • The qualification of the product in the defined environments based on the DO160
  • The interface and support to the Industrial Department for the start of production

In this context, you ensure compliance with the system engineering processes and the traceability of the requirements over all the phases of the project.

Job Requirements

Let’s talk about you

  • With BAC+5 training, you specialize in system architecture and have a first successful experience in the design of complex systems.
  • Mastery of system traceability tools (Reqtify or Doors type) and standards applied in aeronautics (DO160 type)
  • Knowledge of optronics or servo-control is a plus.
  • Autonomy, spirit of synthesis, work and management of a multidisciplinary team, reporting
