Job Description

  • Develop partnerships with schools and universities by promoting the employer brand in order to target and attract the best profiles.
  • Meet the needs of operational units by ensuring a flow of trainees according to their requirements.

Complementary Description

  • Identification of needs:
    • Participate in the definition of the communication strategy to be implemented with schools.
    • Identify their UO / Services needs concerning interns.
  • Management of communication actions:
    • Represent and promote the image of the company during career days in schools and universities.
    • Prepare communication tools related to the recruitment of interns: Company presentation booklet, booth for forums, internship offers.
    • Welcoming young graduates during forums by ensuring the presentation of the company and its professions.
    • Conducting interviews for the selection of intern candidates.
    • Monitor educational developments in the market by updating the database of schools and target courses.
    • Establish agreements with university establishments and ensure maintenance.
  • Operational implementation:
    •  Ensure the reception and integration of interns: Receive, inform, guide and support.
    • Take care of the administrative and financial management of interns: provide the necessary documents, internship certificate, follow-up the presence, payment of the premium.
    • Follow the completion of the internships in the best conditions (supervision, useful information, work tools).
    • Organize and assist in the pre-defense meetings of the interns by ensuring them the support needed.
