About the team

This team will assure that the electronic components and assemblies’ production is conducted in a timely and accurate manner. Work is done in coordination with the  Opto-mechanical Team Leader

The team is always learning and trying to push the limits, relying in part on the large diversity of people’s profiles and backgrounds.

About the position

The Electronics Team Leader will be together with the team, responsible for  ensuring that the  standards, acceptance procedures and development of electronic and software components are according the company requirements

  • Lead the team under his/her responsibility achieving organizational goals
  • Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in responsibility
  • Develop good practices, routines, and innovative solutions to enhance production efficiency and quality results regarding electronics operations
  • Identification and management of training needs in the work team
  • Encourage and develop a continuous improvement environment regarding operations results
  • Lead safe behavior
  • Support R&D to test and develop new technologies
  • Manage electronics operations documentation
  • Understand and pass internal / external customers culture, values, and context to collaborators to facilitate the relationship with stakeholders
  • In charge of teams and components within the areas of responsibility

About you 

Experience and Requirements:

  • Academic qualification in electronic engineering
  • 3 years experience in  manufacturing operations with focus on assembly of systems and components.
  • Leadership skills and leadership experience (leading a minimum of 3 / 5 people)
  • Complementary Education: Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, Theory of Constraints
  • Our global company language is English, so excellent English skills are essential.


  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor others.
  • Execute and help plan complex engineering projects in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, reporting progress concisely
  • Strong problem solving skills and working calmly under pressure.
  • To be able to effectively communicate instructions while leading the team to meet their goals.
  • Being passionate about achieving success
  • Creating balance and standards in an chaotic ever changing work environment
