About the Position

The head of Human Resources will define and lead a human resources strategy, which will align organizational structures and company culture with business objectives. We aim to promote an organization that fosters quick innovation, rapidly refocuses to meet evolving business needs and fluidly responds to change. We believe in broadly defined jobs with a great focus on behaviors, values and cultural fit. Employees are encouraged to experiment, test and make front-line decisions.


  • Design, lead and drive company human resources strategy and plans, including organizational design and structures, workforce planning, talent and recruiting programs, compensation and incentive alignment, and maximizing employee-responsibility fit.
  • Reinforce the culture of innovation, transparency and agility by aligning company values into business processes, organizational design and structures, human resources practices, and internal communications.
  • Manage team growth across a distributed multinational workforce, and articulate new culture elements when necessary for growth
  • Ensure effective recruiting practices that drive hiring of the right people in all areas, including advanced engineering talent.
  • Implement, enhance and oversee all operational human resources processes, as well as manage the human resources team itself. Leverage data-driven and fact-based approaches.
  • Demonstrate a strong, visible and continued commitment to the attraction, development and retention of diverse leadership, management and employee talent.


  • 10+ years of global human resources experience working with global teams in a diverse multinational environment in the technology industry.
  • Solid understanding of, and proven expertise in the full human resources cycle: performance management, talent management, development, incentives and retention and employee engagement.
  • Demonstrated results in building tools and processes to drive an integrated human resources strategy across a distributed workforce in an innovation-driven company.
  • Depth in total rewards, and practical approaches to compensation, executive compensation, benefits, human resources and operations.
  • Relevant academic background.
