SatSure is seeking geospatial software developers interested in creating the server-side logic for different mobile applications, web applications and software of the company for building state of the art products.

Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.

• Regularly communicate with stakeholders, project managers and other developers regarding progress on the long-term technology roadmap

• Produce quality code, raising the bar for the whole team on quality and speed

Requirements

Qualifications Required:

• Experience: 2-3 years.

• B.E or B.Tech in GeoInformatics/Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Proficient experience using Geoserver/MapServer or any other geospatial data management servers.

• Strong understanding of spatial data management, analysis and algorithms using GDAL – Python.

• Hands-on experience in configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of geospatial servers like Geoserver/Mapserver.

• Hand on experience working with PostGIS extension in PostgreSQL.

• Experience with core web-enabling technologies on cloud infrastructure providers like AWS, MS Azure, GCP, etc.
