We’re looking for a Junior Recruitment Officer,  to reinforce the team in our Brussels office!

As Recruitment officer, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment and selection process. You will work in close collaboration with the HR Manager and you will assist several Contract Managers, responsible for the management of different technical (IT) projects.

In collaboration with the Contract Managers, you will draft job descriptions; post them and keep them up to date on different jobsites.

As Recruitment officer, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment and selection process. You will work in close collaboration with the HR Manager and you will assist several Contract Managers, responsible for the management of different technical (IT) projects.

In collaboration with the Contract Managers, you will draft job descriptions; post them and keep them up to date on different jobsites. You will particularly be responsible for:

  • CV database management;
  • CV screening and selection;
  • Assist candidate interviews;
  • Providing complete feedback to the managers;
  • Ensuring full follow up with candidates.

Successful Candidate
You are

  • Results oriented and able to work independently
  • Analytical and able to quickly understand your business partners needs
  • Communicative and know where to find the information you need
  • Innovative and willing to develop and optimize recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Job fairs,…)
  • Excellent skills in English. Dutch, French or other EU languages would be an asset.
  • IT minded and preferably have an experience with the recruitment of IT professionals
  • Open minded, dynamic, proactive, responsible, honest and able to pay attention to detail
  • Able to resist stress
  • You must have at least 1 years experience in a recruitment function
