In Belgium, Serco provides technical support to the Commandant De Hemptinne barracks in Heverlee and to the military base of the Meerdaalwoud in Oud-Heverlee. We are looking for a Request Desk Employee to join our team for one of our contracts in Sint-Truiden in the defense sector, a 45-minute drive from Leuven. It is therefore necessary to have a car for this position.
We are also recruiting an Office Worker to join our teams for one of our contracts in Sint-Truiden in the defense sector, 45 minutes by car from Leuven. it is therefore essential for this position to own a car.
Request Desk Employee
- Answering telephone calls
- Listening and answering customer questions
- Offering solutions for possible problems Arranging appointments
- Processing data in the computer
- Making reports
- Be the image of the company
- Welcome the customer in a proactive way
- Anticipate requests
- Manage situations in order to guarantee the customer promise.
- Guarantee of customer satisfaction at reception.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Word
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint is a plus
- Dutch-speaking or French-speaking with knowledge of the second national language (spoken European level A2)
