Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Project management for the delivery of Services, plan, managing timelines, milestones and deliverables
  • Operate as the main point of contact to co-ordinate the allocated project throughout its lifecycle
  • Ensure to follow standard methodology approach to Project Management and its execution
  • Providing consolidated regular Project Status Reports to senior management by facilitating regular and frequent stakeholder calls
  • Timely escalation to management with clear roadblocks with suggested solutions
  • Capturing and recording all project progress, ensuring the documentation of any lessons learned, scope change and quality issues to be addressed through process frameworks
  • Provide support for Financial aspects of allocated Projects
  • Provide Global Services Implementation KPIs as appropriate
  • Support to ensuring GS set objectives are delivered in line with set timelines

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Bachelor of Science or Business degree (preferably in the Telecommunications sector, particularly satellite communications
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant telecommunications experience in a project management or satellite implementation, service delivery and/or account management role
  • Benefit to have experience in GSM handling Transmission / Radio (RF) / VSAT Customer deployments
  • Proven ability on communicating with senior management
  • Proven ability to build and execute reporting processes (both internal and external)
  • Project Management certificates or leadership delivery certification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of industry and market
