Job purpose
- The intern shall be responsible for designing mission concepts and preliminary designs for Cubesat missions using MA61C.
Duties and responsibilities
- Interaction for stakeholders to assess end-users stories
- Derive requirements from end-users stories
- Perform budget (mass, power, volume, data, and cost) trade-offs for missions
- Creating 3d models of the designs
- Support logistics and administration
- Represent the company in local events
Qualifications and requirements
- Currently doing a Master or a last year Bachelor in space system engineering in the UK
- Experience in space system design
- Knowledge of the Cubesat standard
- Background of space projects during the studies or before
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Located close to Harwell Science and Innovation Campus, Oxfordshire, UK
- Fluent in English. Knowing any other European language is an advantage. Working conditions
- Work remotely most of the time, with some visit to the local office in Harwell (1-2 a week)
